Salon Cheveux was founded in 1992 by Bob and Sheila Freudiger with the vision to uphold a progressive, fashion-forward, and education focused beauty salon. Over the past 30 years, Bob and Sheila have continued to dazzle the community with their family-owned and operated concept.
Salon Cheveux maintains an intensive apprenticeship program, completed and supported by each member of the stylist team. Salon Cheveux stays on the cutting-edge of trending techniques through ongoing education classes — Bob & Sheila fly in the nation’s top brand educators, hosting hands-on training for their style squad.

Path to Professional Excellence
At Salon Cheveux, our Apprentice Program is designed to nurture the next generation of beauty professionals in a supportive, hands-on environment. This self-paced program, led by our Artistic Director Joe Rose, offers weekly training courses that focus on developing strong technical skills and artistry. Apprentices work alongside our seasoned stylists every day, assisting with color, conditioning, styling, and shampooing services while gaining invaluable real-world experience. With guidance from our expert team, each apprentice learns the foundation of what it takes to become a well-rounded beauty professional, building a career designed to last.
